I recently went to Rockland and looked at a 6×12 trailer. I was looking to buy but just pricing them in my first visit. I spoke with Kenz, who is a great salesman. Kenz walked me through a couple of trailers and answered all of my questions. One of the great things about Kenz was that he was never pushy or trying to convince me that I needed to buy a trailer right then. Kenz just showed me the trailers I wanted to look at and answered all of my questions, and I really appreciated the fact that he was not being the typical pushy sales man that tried to convince you that you needed to buy it right that second. This was later in the afternoon on a Saturday and by the next Monday I had purchased one of trailers I looked at. A couple of reasons I decided to purchase the trailer from Rockland Trailers were Kenz just helping me and answering my questions without being pushy at all. The other was the price. The next closest price of a same size trailer at most other dealers was about $1200.00 to $1500.00 higher than they were. First saw these trailers at the Off-Road show. Pretty impressed with the quality of the build. Decided to hold off and shop around at other options. My other options were of poor quality. Inside dimensions were off, old tires, weathered wood floors, and terrible welds are among some of the few things I found. So I ended up buying from Rockland Trailers. I would like to thank Julia who answered all my dumb questions and made for a smooth transaction. If you’re looking for a quality trailer at a competitive price, give them a visit.

I just had the pleasure of dealing with Rockland trailers. This business is phenomenal. Other businesses need to lead By the example set by John and Julia.

Customer service was second to none. Phone calls were answered and emails responded to. No needless pressures like going to the dealership. I wasn’t sold things I didn’t want. No price games, no bait and switch, no nonsense.

Aside from the customer service, the quality is fantastic. I purchased a 67″ x 12′ single axle, and they quickly outfitted it With a spare tire mount and spare at my request. This trailer has built like an ox and I am confident that it will last for years to come. I would encourage all in the market for a trailer to shop around and look at build quality; you will find that a lot of trailers are simply garbage, and you will come back to Rockland knowing they sell the best product in the market.
